Solutions

What do we do

The Three Daughters Foundation wants to bridge the gap between rural and urban primary schools. We want to equip students with the resources to attend school and to learn from their teachers

What Do We Do?

The Three Daughters Foundation conducted field research across Punjab, India, through interviewing teachers, students, and their families, and found a desperate need for basic resources.
Our pilot project in 2019 Provided:
• School supplies to 200 students in 2 schools

In 2020 Three Daughters Foundation provided the following to 800+ students

  • School Bags
  • Notebooks
  • Pens, Pencils
  • Bus to facilitate transportation of 150 students

Our Goal

• Our goal is to build sustainable relationships with students and their schools. We don’t want to bounce from one village to another, only supplying students with Band-Aid solutions. We want to guide students from their first year to their last year.
• This means, to have a lasting impact, we only focus on areas that we know we can make a lasting difference. We want to watch the students grow, while we supply them with the right resources and mentorship.

• With our work, we want to enable social mobility for generations of families

Over the past many years of working on the ground ,the requests for school supplies and scholarships has been growing exponentially. We are seeking help to expand our reach and support more students through scholarships beyond grade 12 . We want your support to provide equal opportunity for upward mobility to the families living in poverty for generations
